Melbourne, Oct 14 (ANI): 'Modern Family' star Sarah Hyland has revealed that Adele's song 'Someone Like You' indirectly saved her and boyfriend Matt Prokop's lives in a near fatal accident.
Hyland said that the song was an indirect lifesaver for them, as Prokop, whose mind was set on remembering his lines while driving, fortunately became less distracted when the chartbuster played on the radio and they both started singing along with it.
"So we blasted it to sing along to it. And then we hit a water pocket ... The wheels turned to the right and locked and then it spun," the Daily Telegraph quoted her as saying.
After spinning multiple times the car came to a stop without any damage and their lives were saved.
"We were just really shaken up," she added.
She went on to shout to thank the Grammy winner saying "It's like, 'Thank you for saving my life!"(ANI)
