Washington, Oct 13 (ANI): Johnny Depp is all set to flaunt his musical skills on the soundtrack for his upcoming movie 'The Rum Diary'.
According to Billboard.com, the 48-year-old actor is releasing the album through his production company Infinitum Nihil, which will feature an instrumental from the Johnny Depp Band and a duet with JJ Holiday, Contactmusic reported.
The record will also feature Christopher Young's score, Dean Martin's 'Volare' and Patti Smith's 'The Mermaid Song'.
The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star's upcoming flick has been adapted from the novel of the same name from Depp's long-time friend, the late Hunter S. Thompson. (ANI)
