London, Oct 3 (ANI): Wayne Rooney has brought upon himself much ridicule from his fellow players by revealing that his all-time favourite film is a cheesy musical named 'Grease'.
He apparently made the confession in the Man United dressing room, which is well known as the setting for pranks between players.
"It's a bit weird but I love Grease. It's a great film. I love watching musicals," the Sun quoted him as telling FIFA 12 Sky Sports News HD's Special Report.
"I think it's one of those films you never get tired of watching," he added.
His so-called favourite film, however, is said to be for teenage girls. Rooney's feminine choices can perhaps be down sharing a TV remote with wife Coleen all these years.
Speaking of his other favourites, Wayne added: "I liked Dreamgirls with Beyonce in, and Hairspray. I enjoy them. I love musicals." (ANI)
