Cristiano Ronaldo 'to wed supermodel lover Irina Shayk next July'

London, Sept 22 (ANI): Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly set to marry Russian supermodel girlfriend Irina Shayk near his Portuguese home next July.

The 200,000 pound-a-week Real Madrid ace will tie the knot with the Russian, 25, straight after playing for Portugal in the Euro 2012 tournament.

Ex-Manchester United star Ronaldo, 26, who has been dating Irina since last April, is planning to wed on the Portuguese isle of Porto Santo.

"They've wanted to marry for some time," the Mirror quoted a source as saying.

Irina was pictured with a sparkling new diamond ring in February after the couple enjoyed a romantic dinner in New York. (ANI)
