London, Sept 20 (ANI): A Manchester United supporter has won a fortune worth 101,647.97 pounds from an 8 pounds bet.
The 37-year-old fan picked 12 teams he thought would win, excluding the Reds, and they came in at odds of more than 12,700/1.
He correctly predicted that Crawley Town, Gillingham, Hearts, Hull City, Leeds United, Macclesfield Town, Morecambe, Peterborough United, Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United, Shrewsbury Town and Tranmere Rovers, would win.
"It is difficult to pick one winner, so this is quite a feat," the Mirror quoted bookies William Hill, where the man from Grimsby, Lincs, placed the bet, as saying. (ANI)
