London, Sept 19 (ANI): Michael Jackson's personal physician Dr Conrad Murray is set to make a controversial claim during his trial that the late singer craved Profopol so much during his dying moments that he drank it.
An autopsy report has confirmed that the 'Billie Jean' singer had the injectible sedative present in his stomach hours after his death.
"Conrad Murray's team can't understand how Propofol got into the stomach," the Mirror quoted a source close to the case as saying.
"It does not make sense unless Michael drank it. To them that will show the world how much of an addict he was.
"Michael was acting crazy in his last few hours, demanding drugs to help him sleep. He was always playing with the bottles, who knows what he did," the source stated.
The 58-year-old, whose manslaughter trial will be televised, will also make the claim that the King of Pop knew how to inject himself and also had detailed knowledge of IV drips and painkilling jabs. (ANI)
