London, Sep.19 (ANI): Blackburn FC's Indian owners - the Venky Group - plan to fly a group of fans to their headquarters in India to ask them where they've been going wrong.
The Venky's group - who made their money in chicken farming - hatched the idea of speaking to long-standing supporters for their opinions on problems at the club.
According to the Mirror, a hand-picked set of fans, many who attend forums or run websites, will be invited to see them, at their expense, to discuss the key issues.
This surprise summit, scheduled for the international break, is a shock solution from the Rao family who have seen their popularity plummet since they took charge of the Lancashire club less than a year ago.
The trip was organised before Steve Kean's side climbed off the bottom of the Premier League with a 4-3 win over Arsenal. (ANI)
