London, Sept 18 (ANI): TV star Vernon Kay is all set to put his good looks into the line up of American football when he takes part in the game capping for London Warriors.
The 'Family Fortunes' host will be lining up in the UK version of the Super Bowl next weekend.
The 37-year-old Radio 1 DJ said that he is in love with the game so much he doesn't shy away from the full contact sport.
"I love playing the game. Sometimes I get stick from the opposition or the fans because they just think I'm some kind of pretty boy telly presenter," he told the Daily Star.
"But when they see me get stuck in for one of the best teams in the country then they just treat me like one of the lads.
"The league in England is getting bigger and better all the time and I'm just glad to be a part of it," he added. (ANI)
