London, Sep 18(ANI): Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick has dismissed the notion that this season's Premier League is a two-horse race between the Manchester clubs.
Both Manchester United and Manchester City have won their opening four games and scored 33 goals, the Daily Express reports.
Some pundits have already written off the chasing pack, including Chelsea and Arsenal.
The 30-year-old, however, insists that it would be a mistake to dismiss other clubs.
"I don't think it is a two-horse race by any means. If you remember the start Chelsea had last season, everyone said they were going to win it. Obviously that didn't happen," Carrick said. (ANI)
