London, Sep 3(ANI): England winger Theo Walcott believes that his team's attacking might and 'great players on form' can overpower Wales in Tuesday's Euro 2012 qualifier at Wembley, London.
Walcott's comment comes after he helped England thrash Bulgaria 3-0 on Friday to go three points clear at the top of Group G.
"There are some great players on form for us at the moment. We were so quick up front. The squad itself is the strongest we have had for a long time. There is plenty of competition for places and everyone has to be on their toes," the Sun quoted Walcott, as saying.
"At times, our form has not been the greatest there, but hopefully we can take this form into Tuesday," he added.
The 22-year-old further claimed that the team was not bothered that nearest rivals Montenegro lost 2-1 in Cardiff - stressing it is up to England to deliver.
"We are not too fussed about anyone else and we are concentrating about ourselves. It is always nice to know there may be a little gap, but the job is not over yet and we want to have a great game at Wembley," he said.
Walcott, however, admitted that it would be a mistake to take Wales for granted, as "they have some class players". (ANI)
