London, Sept 3 (ANI): Carlos Tevez has said that he no longer has "confrontations" with Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini.
"Mancini and I had confrontations in every language. We have a love-hate language. We have a love-hate relationship. He's a phenomenon. He wants to be a winner and so do I. feel like everything is different to last year. Now I'm with my wife and daughters in England," The Sun quoted Tevez, as saying.
Tevez is currently with his family and expecting to return back soon.
"I wanted to get in better physical shape. Now I'm good and I think I'll be playing again soon. I don't think I'll have lost my place because I'm captain and the symbol of a big club like City," he added.
Tevez had a troubled time after having series of confrontations with Mancini, and over his claims that he could not settle in England without his nearest and dearest, the paper said.
Meanwhile, Mancini has said that he 'never had problems with Tevez.'
"He simply wanted to leave to spend more time with his family. Now his family is here and having Tevez with us means 20 goals a season. Some players have had to sit in the stands. From next week we will play every three days and I will need everyone's support from here until the end of the season," he added. (ANI)
