London, Aug 31 (ANI): Soon-to-be dad Jay-Z has revealed that he would take his child for a drink at the age of 13.
The 41-year-old rapper, who announced his plans in one of his latest raps New Day - a "love note" to his unborn child, also hopes that the baby will be a boy.
It was recorded for the album 'Watch The Throne', months before his wife Beyonce Knowles, 29, announced she was pregnant with their first child.
Jay-Z sings that introducing his child to booze at 13 is the "black version" of Jewish celebration the bar mitzvah.
"At 13 we'll have our first drink together, black bar mitzvahs, mazel tov, mogul talk," the Daily Star quoted him as singing.
The child is unlikely to be treated to a cheap can of lager as Jay-Z endorses 300 pounds-a-bottle Armand de Brignac champagne.
However, his booze pledge is likely to annoy his clean-living wife, who banned alcohol from her gig riders when she found out she was pregnant in June. (ANI)
