Colombo, Aug 28(ANI): Australian spinner Michael Beer has said that he is looking forward to having a good look at the wicket in Galle to familiarise himself with conditions before the first Test series against Sri Lanka gets underway.

The Test will be played at Galle International Stadium from Wednesday.

"I think it'll be slightly different, but it'll be just about trying to adapt to the conditions as quickly as we can and go from there," the Sydney Morning Herald quoted Beer, as saying.

Australia will arrive in Galle on Sunday.

The tourists finished their three-day tour game against the Sri Lanka Board XI in Colombo on Saturday against with the match ending in a draw. (ANI)
