London, Aug 24(ANI): England off-spinner Graeme Swann insists that his team won the four-match Test series against India regardless of the conditions.
"There was plenty of movement at Trent Bridge and Edgbaston but, at the Oval, our seamers did not receive much help. Yet we still won by an innings," Swann wrote in an article for the Sun.
"I'm sure we can get better," he added.
He further said that captain Andrew Strauss and coach Andy Flower are determined to keep the team improving.
"We all want to look back at the end of our careers and think we made the most of what we had," Swann wrote.
"There's no danger of complacency. I wouldn't like to be the man in the same room as Andy Flower if we showed any complacency," he added. (ANI)
