London, Aug 11(ANI): Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard looks set to start the Premier League season for the club despite pulling out of England's friendly against Holland with a sore throat.
Lampard had withdrawn from Fabio Capello's squad before the game at the Wembley was called off because of riots in London.
According to the Daily Star, the 33-year-old was deemed fit enough to train with the Blues squad on Wednesday and is expected to face Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium on Sunday. (ANI)
