Washington, Aug 11(ANI): American golfer Tiger Woods faces another massive hit in the pocket if he fails to win this week's US PGA Championship.
Woods is already reeling from a 62 million pound divorce and the loss of a sixth sponsor after Swiss luxury watchmaker Tag Heuer dumped him.
According to the Sun, if the 35-year-old completes his third successive year without a Major win, his 12 million pounds-a-year deal with Nike will be slashed in half.
Woods, currently 30th in the rankings, has not won at any level since the 2009 Australian Masters - just before his marriage, and his business appeal was wrecked after over a dozen women revealed his multiple infidelities.
In addition to Tag Heuer, Woods has already been axed by Gillette, Gatorade, Accenture, AT and T and Golf Digest.
It has plummeted his off-course earnings from 75 to 18.5 million pounds a year.
He even had to take a 1.85 million pound offer to promote a cream for muscle pain in Japan. (ANI)
