London, August 6 (ANI): Spin king Shane Warne has denied the role of girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley behind his dramatic makeover, but many think she has had more than a little influence.
Now, the 46-year-old model-actress has taken 'full responsibility' for his improved fitness and style.
"I've decided to take full responsibility for Shane Warne's remarkable weight loss and will be publishing my secret, possibly evil, regime shortly," the Daily Express quoted her as tweeting.
"Please buy multiple copies to benefit my retirement fund," she said.
Her sense of humour didn't end here, as another tweet followed apparently teasing her man.
"I am about to eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich - you may watch me as you slowly spoon up your thin and tasteless gruel. Then I'll sit on your back and make you do 200 one-armed press-ups. And perhaps pin you down and re-tattoo your eyeliner," she added. (ANI)
