London, July 27 (ANI): Denise Richards has revealed that she is teaching her daughters about addiction following the public meltdown of their father Charlie Sheen.
The 40-year-old actress said that although she tried to shield Sam, 7, and Lola, 6, from the media coverage about their father, they still heard about it.
"I was just lying to them about so much, and covering up things and totally lying. It was just getting too confusing that I had to sit down with them," the Daily Mail quoted Richards as telling Matt Lauer on the Today Show.
"It's too early [for them to understand]. I told them enough for them to make sense of things that were going on," she said. (ANI)
