Islamabad, July 23 (ANI): Pakistan's tennis star Aisamul Haq has announced a donation of 10,000 dollars for flood donation recovery activities in the country.
Aisam, who is also the National Goodwill Ambassador of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for Early Recovery, made the announcement during a visit to Mazdoor village in Jati tehsil of Thatta district where the UNDP is engaged in a rehabilitation project for flood survivors.
The donation comes from the Haq Foundation through funds contributed by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP).
Earlier, tennis champions the Bryan Brothers had also contributed 10,000 dollars, which helped in the construction of nine houses in Bagho Teweno, Dadu district. (ANI)
