London, July 17 (ANI): A new British survey has revealed that the worst thing about going on holiday is not being able to curl up in your own bed.
Tesco Holiday Calling Card polled more than 2,000 holidaymakers and noted the top 20 dislikes experienced by them.
"While missing the comfort of your own bed is the worst thing about going on holiday, it seems the dreaded competition for the sunloungers isn't far behind," the Daily Express quoted a spokesman as saying.
Second on the list of biggest dislikes was the feeling of "forever travelling," followed by not being able to drink water straight from the tap.
Having to compete with other holidaymakers for sunloungers was fourth, with missing out on a decent cup of tea completing the top five.
Bumping into other Britons, particularly if they are drunk, was number eight on the list of dislikes.
Not being able to have a proper shower or bath was ninth and having to put up with "strange milk" was also in the top ten.
Other annoyances include the "weird food", not understanding the language, struggling with foreign money, not having easy access to the Internet and missing their favourite TV programmes. (ANI)
