Washington, June 11 (ANI): John Lennon's former girlfriend May Pang is all set to stun fans with the revelation that her favourite Beatle was not her own lover, but another band member Ringo Starr.
The dark secret would be revealed in Seth Swirsky's new movie 'Beatles Stories', where Pang admitted that Lennon once asked her who her 'Fab Four' favourite was, and wasn't pleased with her answer.
"John said, 'Who is your favourite Beatle?' and I said, 'Ringo'. I was so embarrassed. I said, 'But your songs were it. I loved your songs'. Which is true. I loved his songs but my favourite Beatle was Ringo, Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
"John was quite upset, actually," she added.
Pang was in a romantic relationship with Lennon in the mid-1970s after he split from Yoko Ono. (ANI)
