London, Mar 21 (ANI): English actor/screenwriter Julian Fellowes will be writing the script for a film adaptation of an Agatha Christie novel.
Fellowes, 61, who is the writer of 'Downton Abbey', was persuaded by Neil LaBute, 48, the acclaimed American playwright, to write the script for a film adaptation of Christie's 'Crooked House'.
"I somehow managed to persuade Julian to do it, even though he is so busy writing the next series of Downton," the Telegraph quoted LaBute as saying.
The film will be set in London just after the end of the Second World War and shot in the capital later this year.
"He is just a pro, and I think the period appealed to him," LaBute added. (ANI)
