New Delhi, 25th February: Enthused by the unprecedented success of BJP in the recent Municipal & Zila Parishad elections of Maharashtra & Orissa and of Chandigarh, Haryana, Rajasthan & Gujarat the BJP workers all over the country including Delhi today celebrated the occasion as Vijay Utsav Day.
Pradesh Incharge Shri Shyam Jaju, President Shri Manoj Tiwari, Organizational General Secretary Shri Siddharthan, MP Shri Pravesh Verma along with state office bearers Shri Kuljeet Singh Chahal, Shri Ravinder Gupta, Shri Rajesh Bhatia, Shri Jai Prakash, Smt. Shikha Rai, Shri Abhay Verma, Shri Rajiv Babbar, Smt. Kamaljeet Sehrawat, Shri Mohan Singh Bist, Shri Ashok Goel, Shri Naveen Kumar, Shri Harish Khurana, Shri Praveen Shankar Kapoor, Shri Gajender Yadav, Smt. Shobha Upadhyay, Smt. Gunjan Narula joined party workers in Vijay Utsav programmes held at in all the 280 organisational Mandals of the party.
Party workers from New Delhi & North East Districts this morning felicitated the State President Shri Manoj Tiwari who was a star campaigner in Maharastra, Chandigarh & Haryana elections. On the occasion Shri Tiwari said that the opposition parties tried to agitate the people after the Centre Government brought demonetisation but as I went to campaign between the people I could see a positive shine in the eyes of people especially women & youth and the same got reflected in the election results.
At a programme organised at Satya Niketan, Delhi BJP Incharge Shri Shyam Jaju joined Pradesh Vice President Shri Jai Prakash and District President Shri Anil Sharma and other workers. Shri Shyam Jaju said that the BJP’s victory in these civic elections shows that the people especially the youth have reposed faith in the new economic policies brought by the Centre Government.
MP Shri Pravesh Verma joined Shri Rajesh Bhatia & Shri Ramesh Khanna at Tilak Nagar, Pradesh Organisational General Secretary Shri Siddharthan joined Shri Naveen Kumar, Shri Santosh Pal and Smt.
