In Place of Adopting Controversial Attitude in the Appointment of the Chairman of D.E.R.C., Kejriwal Government Should Submit the File for Approval of LG Just like in the Case of Swati Maliwal Last Year - Satish Upadhyay

New Delhi, 23rd Sept: BJP Delhi Pradesh President Satish Upadhyay has said that the Tweet & Statement of Chief Minister Kejriwal creating in the controversy of appointment of D.E.R.C. Chairman show his rigid attitude.

Recalling the controversy in the appointment of Swati Maliwal on the post of D.C.W. Chairperson last year, Upadhyay said that Kejriwal Government had confrontration with the Lt. Governor at that time too but as they shed controversy and send concerned file to the Lt. Governor following the laid down procedure, Swati Maliwal's appointment was approved immediately.

If the Chief Minister feels that the work of the present Chairman of D.E.R.C. is good then he should seek the approval of Lt. Governor the same way he had sought on the file regarding Swati Maliwal. If the appointment process will be lawful by following then it will be approved.
