Gear Up For The Hostage Tale With 7 Hours To Go!
Amidst the big budgeted movies releasing this month, we've some small budgeted and lesser known films too. However, we can't overlook them as many less known films have created huge success in the recent times.
The film in talks here is 7 Hours To Go - an investigative thriller that is fast paced and full of unexpected twists and turns to grip in the audience. Though the film is not known to all, it is going steady with marketing process.
However, we haven't yet heard of the team promoting the film on any platform. Meanwhile, we've gathered some information about the film which will help you decide whether it would be an interesting watch or not.
Cast: The film stars actress Sandeepa Dhar, Shiv Pandit, Natasa Stankovic and Varun Badola in lead roles. It is to note that Sandeepa Dhar had made her Bollywood debut with the Rajshri romantic tale, Isi Life Mein. She was then seen playing a cameo in Dabangg 2 and the Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon starrer Heropanti. On the other hand, Shiv Pandit had made his screen debut in 2011 with the critically & commercially successful Hindi film 'Shaitan'.
Plot: The film is a swift paced investigative thriller set in Mumbai, present day. it is said to be inspired by true events and revolves around a hostage crisis and what happens in 7 hours after that incident. It narrates the story of a man, played by Shiv Pandit, who lands in Mumbai with the hope of finding some work but unfortunately ends up being an eyewitness to a murder. He then takes up seven hostages and has just seven hours to figure out the anonymity behind the crime. By the looks of the film, it appears that Sandeepa is essaying the role of a cop.
Production: The film is written and directed by Saurabh Verma, who had made his directorial debut with Mickey Virus which even marked the debut of the famous TV host Manish Paul and Bigg Boss fame Eli Avram. 7 Hours To Go is part of the three film deal Saurabh has signed with Krian Media production house.
Trailer and Release: The trailer of the film has put up a decent show. As for the release, it is expected to release on June 24. But gossip wines suggest that the film might be pre-poned and would rather release on June 17.
It would be interesting to see if Saurabh would stand lucky for the second time and prove his directorial skills to one and all!
