Bollywood is geared up for experiments and isn't afraid to take risks be it in terms of film's plot, content or actors. Of late, we've seen a number of Bollywood movies where the lead pairing has been unconventional.
We saw Imtiaz Ali pairing the bubbly Alia Bhatt opposite Randeep Hooda in the much appreciated Highway, then we had Irffan Khan romance the leggy beauty Deepika Padukone in the extremely successful Piku. Following the suite, the next couple to be seen together happen to be Singham fame Kajal Aggarwal and Randeep Hooda, who was recently see playing the title role in Sarbjit.
The two are coming together in the upcoming Hindi film Do Lafzon Ki Kahani. It's written by Girish Dhamija and is directed by Deepak Tijori. The film is being produced by Dhaval Jayantilal Gada under Pen India Limited.
Do Lafzon Ki Kahani has been mostly shot in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and parts of India. Set to release on June 10, it is based on 2011 Korean film Always which was made as Boxer in Kannada in 2015. Let us find out what Do Lafzon Ki Kahani brings in for us.
Plot: Though not much is known about Do Lafzon Ki Kahani - the Korean film it is inspired from is based on the life of an ex-boxer who happens to meet a blind girl one night only to see his life taking a new turn after that night.
It is believed that Do Lafzon Ki Kahani will also share the same plot but we can always expect the director to bring in some unexpected twists which can help the film standout.
Cast: As we mentioned above, the film stars Randeep Hooda and Kajal Aggarwal. They will be supported by Yuri Suri. Randeep would be seen essaying Suraj, while Kajal would play the blind girl - Jenny.
Music: The film's music boasts of names like Arjuna Harjai, Ankit Tiwari, Amaal Mallik and Babli Haque. The film's song Kuch To Hai' has already got audiences humming to its beats. Malik brothers - Amaal and Armaan have together created another magic number which strikes the emotional chord with audience and complements movie's theme. This song takes you through couple's romantic journey and how they slowly fall in love. The film has five tracks in total sung by Palak Muchhal, Armaan Malik, Ankit Tiwari, Kanika Kapoor and Altamash Faridi.
Trailer Analysis & Release: The trailer of the film has left everyone impressed, one for its enticing and touching storyline and secondly for the powerful performances by Kajal and Randeep. The film grips with emotions, and is full of romance and action.
The film is set to release on June 10, where we've a powerful lineup in store already. Te3n, Cabaret and Do Lafzon Ki Kahani – viewers surely are in for a treat. Though there is going to be a tough choice but the good part is that all of the three movies hail from different genres. Thus, they'll have their set of audiences and viewers will also be in store for some different subjects.
