AAP has alleged that Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) decision to give a clean chit to Jagdish Tytler, prime accused in 1984 Sikh Genocide shows BJP-Akali and Congress are working in tandem to put their sins. They have struck a deal.
Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Rajouri Garden, Jarnail Singh has said that when CBI itself has produced statement of Mr. Abhishek Verma in which he clearly stated that Tytler sent Narinder Singh to Canada, son of prime witness late Surinder Singh Granthi and spent 1 crore of rupees with 50,000 dollars to change his statement against him then how does CBI refusing to file cases of hawala transaction and influencing witness against Mr. Tytler?
He further said that Congress party's suspicious silence on this shows they have struck a deal with Modi to save them from 1984 sins and they will not speak if he would try to rescue himself and his fundamentalist friends from 2002 and other cases.
Akalis' who claims to be champion of Sikh issues not showing any courage to put pressure on Modi to do justice in this case. If they are serious then union Cabinet Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal should resign in protest against this decision of CBI.
It's ironical that the same Justice Nanavati conducted inquiry for 1984 sikh genocide and 2002 Gujarat riots. In both the cases he gave clean chit to the top leadership of Congress Party and BJP in his reports. Govt. should constitute a commission to find out why Justice have not been done in last 30 yrs?
