Lok Sabha witnesses heavy oppose by AIADMK members on the issue of so called allegations of corruption in the judiciary levelled by former SC judge M.Katju. In the allegations, he has alleged that the erstwhile UPA government and its one ally were indulged in the interfering in the appointment of a judge.
AIADMK members were demanding for an enquiry in the above allegation of corruption. Members wanted to full enquiry in the issue in which it has been alleged that the erstwhile UPA government and its one ally were indulged in the interfering in the appointment of a judge.
During Zero hour, party leader said that it is a serious matter that the precious government and the DMK interfered in the appointment of a corrupt judge. Party demanded that a full enquiry should be done in the matter.
AIADMK party leader demanded to the Law Minister for their response on the issued. Leader said that the Law Minister should respond to the allegations made by Katju.
It is noted that they have already been demanding earlier for an enquiry into the matter as to d out who is the judge, how DMK pressurised the previous government by saying the government will fall.
