Terror attack on Karachi airport, India beefed up security to airports

After the major terrorist attack on the Karanchi airport in Pakistan, security has been beefed up at 59 major air ports across India. The terrorist attack at the Jinnah International Airport in Karachi shocked the nation however the security forces controlled the situation after an massive combat.

Meanwhile finally Pakistan's military on declared an end to an all-night offensive fighting with the terrorist at the Airport. According to sources, Taliban siege of Karachi airport that left 24 people dead, including 10 militants, and threatens to destroy a nascent peace process.

Meanwhile security has been beefed up at 59 major airports across India, including the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in the capital.

At least 23 people, including 10 militants, were killed in the attack.

According to sources, over 23,000 Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel, deployed at the 59 Indian airports, were informed to be more vigilant just after the terror attack on Jinnah airport.

Officials have been asked to take quick action if they find anyone involved in suspicious activity, he said.Delhi's IGI Airport, whose inner security is covered by over 5,000 CISF personnel and outer security by Delhi Police officials, has been kept under tight vigil following the attack on the Pakistani airport, a police official said.
