Washington, Jan. 21 (ANI): Kanye West has opened up about how he got over the now infamous 2009 MTV Video Music Awards incident involving him and Taylor Swift.
During a recent chat with Interview magazine, "12 Years a Slave" director Steve McQueen asked West how exactly he got past that incident when he cut off Swift at the VMAs to which the 36-year-old performer replied "god, sex, and alcohol" got him through the controversy, Fox News reported.
He said that he doesn't have an addictive personality, so that means that he can lean on what might be someone else's vice just enough to make it through to the next day.
The rapper also confessed the being a father is a brand new thing for him and he is happy to have his daughter. (ANI)
