Social activist Anna Hazare has said that he is working on the mission to aware the people of country for the coming election so that they can took the decision for their welfare. He was addressing the much-awaited 'Jantantra rally' here.
Before the address the rally, Anna visited Durgani temple and Swarna mandir and then the famous Jaliawala Bagh where he paid tribute to the martyrs of the country. He becomes emotional during paying the tribute to the martyrs at the Jalianwala Bagh.
During his address, Anna said that he is working on the mission to aware the people of the country for their welfare and their rights for the coming election. He said that people will support his move and if there is a need to educate people with posters and banners, it will be provided by people themselves.
It is noted that Anna has started his Jantantra Rally from Amritsar in which he will address various rally in Punjab. On April 1 public rallies will be held at Ludhiana and Moga.
He will also address rallies at Bathinda, Barnala and Patiala during his five-day 'Janatantra Yatra' rally at Punjab.
Anna had earlier said that he had written to political parties to join him but none came forward.
Hazare also announced that after five months a big Jan-Sansad (public rally) will be organised at Ramlila Ground in the national capital.
