Melbourne, August 25 (ANI): In an incredible feat, an Australian man is on the verge of completing 26,000 km marathon journey, which would mean that he ran the entire length of New Zealand, as well as across South America, North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Tom Denniss, who has run the equivalent of a marathon every day for the past 20 months, admitted to News.com.au that it isn't easy to get up every day and just run for hours, but it really isn't that hard once he gets into it.
Denniss, 52, also believes that anyone can do what he is doing, if "we just put our minds to it".
The father-of-two, however, revealed that he had some doubts about a third of the way into the journey when completing the task seemed almost impossible.
The New South Welshman said that he then started telling himself to take one day at a time and now he is almost there. (ANI)
