Boman Irani enjoys watching drama (Movie Snippets)

New Delhi, Aug 14 (IANS) Actor Boman Irani, who has worked in films like "Munnabhai" series, "3 Idiots" and "Jolly L.L.B", says he likes watching drama and wants to be part of films that have human experiences.

"I used to enjoy all genres - horror, action, thriller, and romance. But now I like watching drama more than anything else," Boman told IANS.

"I like to watch and be part of movies that have human experience... that have great drama involved. I like to see actors enjoying their performances," he added.

Boman, who has experience of over a decade in the film industry, is now ready to judge South Africa India Film and Television Awards (SAIFTA), to be held in Durban, Sep 6.

Does Salman Khan want to be "Bigg Boss" contestant?

Salman Khan, who is ready to host the seventh season of controversial reality TV show "Bigg Boss", has reportedly expressed his desire to be a housemate and not just a host.

The promo of the Colors reality TV show is out. Featuring Salman in a double role as an angel and devil, it reflects the theme of 'Heaven and Hell'.

While shooting the promo, Salman was heard as saying: "Mujhe bhi 'Bigg Boss' ke ghar ke andar daal do. Aur agar mai gaya toh pakka saare contestants ki life jahannum bana doonga. (I also want to go into the 'Bigg Boss' house and if I go inside, I'll definitely make the other contestants' life hell)."

"Bigg Boss" season seven is expected to go on air by mid-September.

Lure of Rs.100 crore makes filmmakers do strange things: Sanjay Gupta

Filmmaker Sanjay Gupta, who has made "Shootout at Wadala", "Musafir" and "Kaante", says that the craze to join the Rs.100 crore club is such that people are going to any length to enter that segment.

A film that earns Rs.100 crore at the box office enters the club.

"Lure of the Rs.100 crore club makes most filmmakers do strange things," Gupta posted on his Twitter page.

Recently, "Chennai Express", full on entertainer, has become the fastest film to make Rs.100 crore. It accomplished the feat in the first weekend itself.

"So 'Chennai Express' marches on. With the quickest century and three others as well we can call Rohit Shetty the (Sachin) Tendulkar of films," he wrote and added: "Shah Rukh Khan has almost hijacked all newspapers, magazines and TV. SRK and 'Chennai Express' everywhere. Maan gaye yaar."
