Washington, August 4 (ANI): Russell Brand has said that after his divorce with Katy Perry, he considered becoming a monk.
According to Yahoo! Entertainment New Zealand, the comedian made the revelation at a warm-up gig in London for his Messiah Complex tour, saying that when a person becomes a monk, he is not allowed to have sex, but in a marriage a person has sex with one person and both of these things are not that different, the Huffington Post reported.
Brand's pop star ex-wife also opened up about the divorce when she told Vogue that her former husband announced the divorce via text message and she hasn't heard from him after that. (ANI)
