New York, July 25 (ANI): Tiger Woods' new girlfriend Lindsay Vonn has catapulted herself onto the fashion scene.
The August issue of Vogue magazine has her skiing on a hotel table.
According to insiders, with the svelte, 5-foot-10 figure and gorgeous blond mane, Vonn is poised to make a sports-to-fashion crossover, which few female athletes - with the exception of tennis stars Maria Sharapova and Serena Williams - have been able to accomplish, the New York Post reported.
In May, the 28-year-old sportsperson was seen attending the Met Ball, which is otherwise called city's 'fashion Oscars.'
Following month, designer Cynthia Rowley dressed her for the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) awards.
Leah Chernikoff, editorial director of industry Web site fashionista.com, said that once a person is at the CFDAs, in Vogue and at the Met Ball, they are in. (ANI)
