Washington, May 14 (ANI): LinkedIn, which is used by professionals all over the globe as a social media tool, has renewed its user agreement banning promoting of escort services and prostitution.
The new user agreement has been modified keeping in mind that some of the countries where LinkedIn has user base have legalized prostitution.
In a report by Mashable, in its earlier agreement the site barred its users from using their profiles for promoting any 'unlawful' activity. However, with legalizing of prostitution LinkedIn decided to include the element in the agreement.
LinkedIn has banned these professions from the site in entirety regardless of which country its user is operating from. (ANI)
