Jammu, May 7 (ANI): Security forces foiled an intrusion bid in the Ramgarh sector of Samba district in Jammu region on Tuesday morning at around 5 a.m.
According to PRO, Border Security Force, security personnel posted at Ballad forward post, noticed some suspicious movement on the border.
They challenged and asked the intruder to surrender but he refused to do so.
Thereafter, the BSF personnel fired at the intruder, but he managed to escape, taking the advantage of large bushes.
According to the BSF PRO, they have requested the Pakistan Rangers for a joint search operation in the area to find the intruder. (ANI with inputs)
