Mumbai, May 1(ANI): Actress turned film producer, Preity Zinta, promoted her upcoming film, 'Ishkq In Paris' in, Mumbai on Tuesday evening.
Zinta said she was proud of the project, irrespective of what at the box office would say.
"I do not know how people will react to this film; I just want to say that I am very, very proud of this film. It is my first production. It is a production for PZNZ Media. My mother has co-produced it with me and when she saw the film, she said that I am really proud of you," Preity said.
Directed by Prem Raj, the film is shot partly in Paris and partly in India. It is a\the story of a girl and a boy with opposite personalities who click, eventually develop a complicated romantic relationship.
Bollywood star, Salman Khan makes a special appearance in a song for the film.
The film marks Zinta's debut as a producer. It also stars actor, Rhehan Malliek and French actress Isabelle Adjani.
A shy Malliek said that he was happy to be a part of the film.
"I am grateful that Preity and Prem gave me this opportunity to star in this beautiful film and I hope that obviously you guys like it and appreciate it," he said.
The film was earlier set to release on September 21, 2012. However, it will now be released on May 24 this year. (ANI)
