New Delhi, April 30 (ANI): Aamir Khan, along with his nephew Imran Khan, organized a special screening of 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak' only for the cast and crew of the film, which completed its 25 years, in Mumbai.
"It was really good, we have met after really long. The entire team of QSQT is here, all the actors, cast and crew all those who have contributed to this film are here. So it was really great to watch the film together and we were remembering good old days," Khan gushed.
The film, which stared the actor and Juhi Chawla, created history at the box office and changed the face of cinema in the late 80s with its romantic storyline.
Former Miss India Chawla still relishes those days and was happy for its success.
"It's very difficult to accept the fact that so many years have passed and it's a very happy moment for all of us. Because I know many films come and go but there are very few who are so special that every one remembers it," Chawla insisted.
"I have got so many messages today thanks to you all who have announced the 25th anniversary of QSQT so every one knows it. And I think it will be shown on television and Aamir has kept this special screening and I was really looking forward for this day. I mean I was waiting from so long," the actress excitedly said.
The movie's melodious tunes stood out from the formula disco and break dance influenced soundtracks that were popular in that era. (ANI)
