London, April 21 (ANI): Natasha Giggs, who had an affair with Footballer Ryan Giggs while being married to his brother Rhodri Giggs, is finally severing all ties with the brothers and has already filed for divorce.
The mum-of-two, who wed former manager of non-league Salford City in Las Vegas in June 2010, confessed that she had been sleeping with his footie brother for eight years in 2011, when it emerged that former Miss Wales Imogen Thomas had also had an fling with the married Man United hero, the Sun reported.
The 30-year-old, who has rented a terraced house in Worsley, Salford, made a final attempt to shake of her past by going back to her maiden name -Lever.
A pal of the Natasha told the publication that the estranged couple had been waiting for the divorce to come through.
The friend added that the duo considered giving their marriage another try once the dust settled, but they just couldn't forget the past, still they are friendly for the kids sake.
Rhodri's agent also confirmed to the tabloid that the pair had started divorce proceedings. (ANI)
