New Delhi, April 19 (IANS) It was a hot Friday in the capital as the maximum temperature was recorded two notches above average at 37.9 degrees Celsius. Saturday is likely to be the same.
While the minimum temperature settled one notch below average at 20.3 degrees Celsius, humidity ranged between a high of 69 and and low of 16 percent.
Saturday will have a clear sky, said an official of India Meteorological Department.
"Saturday's maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 38 and 20 degrees Celsius, respectively," the official said.
