New York, April 8 (ANI): Alec Baldwin may testify against his stalker Genevieve Sabourin, who once had a brief physical relationship with the actor, if the 40-year-old chooses to proceed with the case in court or take the plea deal on Monday.
The '30 Rock' star had offered the small-time Canadian actress a no-jail deal in February, but she refused it, the New York Daily News reported.
According to Sabourin's attorney Rick Pasacreta, Sabourin, was charged with nearly two dozen counts for allegedly harassing the actor, sending a flurry of looney emails, showing up at his homes and following him to an event at Lincoln Center.
She is also charged with tweeting at Hilaria Baldwin, the actor's yoga instructor wife, in spite of a court order to refrain from any contact.
Sources close to the case told the publication that Sabourin, 40, had initially declined the plea deal as she would have been permanently forced to stay 10 blocks away from both Baldwins' homes and workplaces, which would make it difficult for her to be in New York City. (ANI)
