London, April 8 (ANI): Dirty bed linen and bath towels are the biggest turn-offs for hotel guests, according to a poll.
The Direct Line insurance company found the next biggest cause for complaint was drunk or noisy neighbouring guests, followed by building work being carried out close to the property, the Telegraph reported.
According to the survey of more than 2,000 British adults, guests also have little tolerance for poor quality food at their hotel, or for being hassled by travel reps to go on excursions.
A number of those questioned also criticised fellow travellers who claim the best poolside sun loungers by laying their towels down at the start of the day. (ANI)
