New Delhi, March 20 (IANS) It was a clear and warm morning in the capital Wednesday with the minimum temperature settling two notches above average at 17.7 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has, however, forecast a partly cloudy day ahead.
"The skies will be partly cloudy and it will be warm during afternoon... The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 31 degrees Celsius," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
Tuesday's maximum temperature was 31.7 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 17.9 degrees -- both two notches above average.
