London, Feb 28 (ANI): Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney is reportedly considering a big money move to Paris Saint Germain in a reunion with former teammate David Beckham at the oil-rich French club.
The expensive French club that can easily double Rooney's 250,000 pounds-a week wages at United, is said to be planning a 40 million pound contract for the England star this summer, the Daily Star reports.
PSG will also try to tempt the striker with a lucrative partnership with Swedish sensation Zlatan Ibrahimovic or Beckham, the paper added.
Rooney, who handed in a transfer request two years ago over a row about the Old Trafford side's 'ambition', is soon to enter the final two years of his contract, when his transfer value will plummet by the day, according to the paper. (ANI)
