London, Feb. 22 (ANI): US fashion designer Vera Wang has dismissed that rumors that she is having an affair with 27-year-old Olympic figure skater, Evan Lysacek.
The 63-year-old separated from her businessman husband Arthur Becker two weeks before their 23rd anniversary, last July.
Last Tuesday, during an interview at 92Y, she insisted that her relationship with the 27-year-old sportsperson was not to blame for her marriage breakdown and they are just good friends.
"I'm his mentor, his true mentor I hope for his ongoing life after sports," the Daily Mail quoted her as telling Fern Mallis, the creator of New York Fashion Week who led the Q and A session.
It was earlier reported that Wang and Lysacek were romantically involved after they were spotted at numerous events together last summer and a source said that the pair had moved in together. (ANI)
