Dimapur, Feb 20 (ANI): A bomb blast close to Dimapur railway station in poll-bound Nagaland killed one person this morning.
According to police, the victim, Pradeep Thapa, was going on his bike near the station when the bomb planted on the roadside suddenly went off, killing him on the spot.
"We heard a loud bang and someone told us there has been a blast. We came to check here what has happened and saw that this bomb has exploded, people were gathered around and the police was checking the blast site," said a local, Ramesh Agarwal.
Police is trying to find out those behind the incident.
Nagaland goes to polling on February 23. (ANI)
