London, Feb 17 (ANI): Alex Ferguson has revealed how he was tempted to smuggle Cristiano Ronaldo back to Manchester in the laundry basket.
The Real Madrid star headed into the Manchester United dressing room after the Champions League thriller at the Bernabeu.
Fergie said it felt just like old times with the stick flying around and he was tempted to whisk the former United ace back to Old Trafford, the Sun reports.
Ronaldo has already said he cannot wait for the return leg.
Fergie said he is sure 'he'll be looking forward to it.'
He's a big-game player, so it's no problem for him, Fergie added. (ANI)
