New Delhi, Feb 12 (IANS) The national capital saw a sunny and pleasant day Tuesday with the maximum temperature settling at 23.4 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season. The Met Office has forecast a cloudy Wednesday.
While the minimum temperature Tuesday settled a notch below average at 9.5 degrees Celsius, the humidity wavered between a high and low of 95 and 36 percent.
"Wednesday morning will be misty but the sky will be partly cloudy towards afternoon," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperatures Wednesday will hover around 24 and 10 degrees Celsius, respectively, the official said.
Monday's maximum temperature settled a notch above average at 23.9 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was two notches below average at 8.5 degrees Celsius.
