London, Feb 4 (ANI): Three years after coming out as gay, Gareth Thomas is taking ballet lessons and twirling about in sequins for ITV1's 'Dancing On Ice', insisting that he loves every minute of it.
Wales' most-capped rugby player said that the first time he wore one of the outfits, he looked in the mirror and though that he looked like a giant lime covered in diamonds.
But after he entered the world of dancing and skating, he realized that it's about the whole performance.
The music, the outfits, the sparkles - they're as important as the skating, he said.
"I never thought in my life I would be wearing leather pants with studs on and sparkles everywhere. But actually now I look at myself and think, 'I feel like the dog's b******s right now," the Sun quoted him as saying.
He said that he has never grabbed more boobs in his life like he has while practicing with dance partner Robin Johnstone.
"When I'm lifting her I just grab for anything in front of me and you don't always get your hands in the right place," he said.
The intensive training has had an effect on his body. He said that his ass has changed shape - he's got a skater's ass now. (ANI)
